The primary nutrients in vegetables are minerals, anti oxidants and phyto chemicals. The color of fruits plays a vital role in helping the immune system of the body to fight with toxic substances. - Orange foods :The orange foods contain vitamin A which is good for our eyes and a compound called carotenoids. It is helpful in fighting cancer because it repairs the DNA cells.
